Following the introduction by the British Government of a new tiered points based system of “Managed Migration” to the UK, the requirements to be met by migrants coming to the UK are subject to frequent up-dating.
Give yourself the best chance of making a successful application. We can advise you on the up-to-date requirements if you want to come to the UK or wish to remain here under the following categories:
Tier 1:
Highly Skilled Workers – are you a highly skilled individual who wishes to work in the UK?
Entrepreneurs – do you want to establish yourself in business in the UK?
Post Study Workers – have you completed a UK degree and wish to stay on in the UK to work?
