What does it cost?

You retain control of each step of the proceedings. We will not take any step which will incur a cost to you without your consent. Costs of each step are kept to a minimum and certain costs are recoverable from the debtor provided they pay in full. The transparent fee structure allows you to know the final cost to pursue a debt.

Will we have to go to court?

Should your debtor ignore the letter of claim, dispute the debt, or refuse to pay then Court proceedings may be necessary. We will advise you of the costs and Court fees involved so that you are able to decide whether to take that step. You may need to attend court if the claim is contested. Our team has the knowledge and experience to guide you through this process or to act fully for you.
