Companies House is becoming increasingly vigilant regarding the prompt and correct filing of company documentation and substantial fines are now payable in some cases.

Ellis Jones are able to offer a full range of company secretarial services including a fixed fee company secretarial service for which we will:

• Act as a company secretary for your company via Ellis Jones Company Secretarial Limited.
• Provide a registered office address for the company.
• Complete the Annual Return and submit it to Companies House.
• Forward any official mail received on behalf of the Company (for example from Companies House or the Inland Revenue).
• Maintain the Statutory Books and register any amendments with Companies House.
• Provide you with assistance in drafting notices for the holding of your AGM if required.

We can also provide a “readymade” Company for a fee of just £300 plus VAT, to include your choice of company name (subject to availability), preparation of first board minutes, appointment of the first directors, issue of shares and statutory books.
