Ellis Jones Solicitors has been re-awarded the Investor in People (IiP) Standard, the only quality standard which focuses on people.
It means the law firm, which employs 129 staff and has offices in Bournemouth, Canford Cliffs, Ringwood and Swanage, can now boast 15 years of unbroken IiP status.
More than 38,000 organisations across the UK have the standard which aims to improve the way companies work by getting the most from their greatest asset – their people.
Marie Haywood, Ellis Jones’ Human Resources Manager, said the firm was “very proud” of its IiP accreditation.
She added: “By putting in place a few well thought-out processes and procedures, you can equip your organisation to manage performance and communicate effectively for the benefit of everyone concerned.”
Emma Brereton, Managing Director of Quality South West which assessed Ellis Jones for its IiP standard, said: “We believe that people are the key resource to the success of any organisation and it is vital for staff to be skilled, flexible and motivated.”
