Corporate and commercial team gains lead solicitor
ELLIS Jones has appointed Anniina Davie as lead solicitor for its corporate and commercial department.
A Finnish national, she will drive new business as well as develop all aspects of corporate and commercial work for the Dorset and New Forest law firm.
Anniina is a former graduate of Bournemouth University and was called to Lincoln’s Inn before completing the Qualified Lawyer’s Transfer Test and converting to a solicitor in 2003.
She has worked for a number of regional law firms and is an experienced advisor in corporate and intellectual property related issues.
